Running my little heart out by my favorite bay this morning. It’s absolutely gorgeous. My heart is wide and I’m claiming all the love for everything I have and everyone in my life. I’m taking a big breath in and feeling all the feelings as I get connected and ready for holding a sacred space for each of my amazing clients today. #saturyay

It's time we stopped tearing one another down, gossiping behind each other’s backs and playing the role of naysayers. #celebrating each other’s successes and building one another up is where it’s at. We can’t move forward when we are looking back and we can’t grow by playing small. Let’s #encourage each woman we see to let her best self shine. Let’s stop someone in her tracks to pay her a compliment. And most importantly, let’s learn more and judge less. We are all fighting a battle that others know nothing about. Be kind, empower each other, learn, understand and encourage. I celebrate and honor YOUR path. It’s different than mine and that is worthy of being celebrated.  #TODAY is the day and it’s all about CALM and COURAGE. My State Honors Choir #singers are a gift and I am so excited to shower them with love, empowerment, confidence and inspiration. I can’t wait to get to work in rehearsal and to finally have the opportunity to showcase them on the Devos Auditorium stage in Grand Rapids, MI. These aquamarine gems will warm their pockets while whispering this quiet message: they can DO THIS, they can can let their light shine, and they can share their gift with confidence and strength. I am so proud of them and so honored to be their director. And my heart soars...
