If we get really quiet and listen to our inner voice, we will find it’s telling us the message we need to hear. Sometimes, there is an emotion right under the surface. Other times, there is a thought or memory or longing that is beckoning us to check in. Maybe these feelings just need to pass through us, maybe we are terrified to look at the feelings staring us down...and maybe it’s time to allow them to have a voice.

This approach is similar to #emdr therapy, yet functions more holistically and is far reaching in its effects.
