It’s SOME IS BETTER THAN NONE #saturday and I’m breaking a sweat this morning while littles are making slime. This weekend is filled with all the good things...#sleepover, friends, #springcleaning and of course a couple of workouts along the way.
This week has been full. There was a bit of a rocky roller coaster ride or two in between travel for work and a speaking engagement. Some soaring highs and some challenging lows. That said, #selfcare is a major priority on my list today.
I’m ditching the black and white mindset that I need to perform perfectly so I am #enough. I am allowing everything to belong and practicing some life giving #selflove. That love pours out to everyone and everything. If I’m a better me for me, I’m a better me for others.
My at home workout wasn’t as long as I had hoped, but I enjoyed every single minute of it. My emotions are still a little fragile from some of those lows this week, but I’m going to keep tending to them and setting my sights on processing, clearing judgement and claiming love.Some really is better than none, because each next right step leads us closer to our dreams. As Rachel Hollis says, “A goal is a dream with its work boots in.” If we keep chipping away at our physical, spiritual, and mental health goals, they begin becoming a reality.
