Keeping it fresh. A little mint and a lotta writing. This book proposal is on fire and so am I. Over the past week, I have embraced that I really do have something to say, something worth sharing and something the world needs to hear. I’m ready to close this chapter, get some rest and wake up bright and early for another round. This book’s pages will be filled with a bold, highly motivating message that says, “YOU'VE GOT THIS.  YOU CAN DO THIS.  YOU ARE DOING THIS.  DON'T GIVE UP.” I Can’t wait to share it with the world some day soon!

When the #bigmagic hits, grabbing ahold of it tightly and riding its coattails is a must. While all cozied up on the couch, in my robe and nursinga splitting migraine, book titles began pouring out of me like a wildfire. Chapters for my book spewed from my pen. Texts were flying and the magic began. Today was earmarked for this work, yet priorities like making time for loving my babies won the battle for my time. I chose them. I had decided the book work would have to wait until tomorrow. But then, the big magic began to stir and all of a sudden, the work was done and, like a waterfall, the work for today poured out of me and was suddenly complete. And the work for tomorrow is crystal clear. If you haven’t read the book Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert, you might find the concept of answering the call to creativity, whatever that looks like for you, worth listening to and acting on.
