And we can say an abundant yes to what is.

Today I CHOOSE love over fear. Joy in the midst of darkness. And faith in the unknown.

When things are bigger than me, I just need to take some time to realize that it's ok for me to collapse in the arms of my maker. To fall down onto my knees in surrender and to look up the sky in belief and certainty that good will prevail and the best is yet to come. #believe #surrender #breathe

Sometimes we just get so darn scared to show up for life and take it all in. Let's throw caution to the wind and be fully present in the moment, open our hearts up and embrace who we are, where we are and who we are with.

After a beautiful stretch of days away, I have had the pleasure of enlightening my senses -- breathing in the freshness of the air, enjoying an exceptional cup of coffee, embracing moments of true authenticity with colleagues, feeling the tingles that sparkle through my body when I experience the human spirit coming fully alive in song and enjoying the closeness of friendships that are willing to be truly vulnerable.  And after it's all said and done, coming home to the embraces of my big hearted children. Sautéing scrumptious vegetables in olive oil over the stovetop, making homemade chocolate pudding, snuggling them tight and naming our gratitude for being reunited once again. Tonight, my heart is wide open. And it cannot wait until tomorrow. I am fully present and I am fully here. Feeling it all. Taking it all in. And this. This is good. 🖤
